I spent years inside the fire and security industry watching good advice get tangled up with the sale. OmniFire is the company I built to cut that knot: independent judgement, with nothing to sell.
BACKGROUND
Years on the inside
My career has been spent in operations and strategy across fire, security and complex service businesses, latterly in senior operational leadership. I've run the teams, managed the contracts, and seen the industry from the inside: where it works, and where the client quietly loses out.
The pattern was always the same. The people assessing buildings were the same people selling the remedy, and the building owner had no independent voice in the room. I knew there was a better way to do it, but it couldn't be done from inside a business that also sold the work.
WHY I BUILT OMNIFIRE
So I built the function I couldn't offer
OmniFire is that better way, made real. An independent layer that commissions and reviews the work without ever selling it, so clients finally get advice that serves only their building.
It's deliberately not built around one person. I lead it, but the model draws on trusted, competent specialists across every discipline, so clients get genuine depth rather than a single pair of hands stretched thin. My job is to set the standard, own the relationships, and make sure every output meets it.
