We maintain and drive the 12-month action plan for each building, and chase every action through to closed.

Tendering & maintenance

We review remedial quotes for scope and value, so you're not over-specified or overcharged.

FRA action close-out

Where fire risk assessments are bundled in, we fold the actions into the plan and close them out.
