Who we are
OmniFire Ltd ("OmniFire", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16698286, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC078300.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at s.coogan@omnifire.co.uk.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
The data we collect
When you complete our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, an indication of your portfolio size, and the details of your enquiry. We collect this so we can respond to you and understand how we may be able to help.
When you browse the website, we and our service providers collect limited technical information automatically, such as your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through analytics tools and cookies, explained in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
How we use your data
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, to provide and discuss our services, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We use the technical and analytics information to understand how the website is used and to improve it.
We rely on the following legal bases. For responding to enquiries and corresponding with you, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and growing the business and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For analytics and non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it to provide their service to us. These include our website platform (Squarespace) and our analytics provider (Google Analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.
We may disclose data if required to do so by law.
Where your data is held
Our website and form data are held on Squarespace's systems. Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in line with UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider's standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
To exercise any of these rights, email s.coogan@omnifire.co.uk. To complain to the regulator, visit ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
