ABOUT OMNIFIRE

Built to be the missing layer.

OmniFire exists for one reason: the fire safety market has a gap where independent judgement should be. We fill it. We commission and review the work that keeps buildings safe, and we sell none of it.

WHY WE EXIST

The gap nobody else would fill

The fire safety industry is full of capable people, but almost all of them are selling something: an assessment, a survey, a set of doors, a remediation contract. That means the advice and the sale are tangled together, and the building owner is left unable to tell genuine need from a sales pitch.

OmniFire was built to be the one party in the chain with no stake in the work. We sit between the people who own the risk and the people who carry out the work, as an independent layer of judgement, oversight and accountability. Nothing to sell, nothing to gain from the answer.

WHERE WE SIT

One independent layer, between you and the work

Your side
Managing agents
Freeholders
Accountable Persons
OmniFire
Independent oversight
The supply chain
Fire risk assessors
Building surveyors
Remediation contractors

We sit between you and the people doing the work. Every output commissioned, reviewed and quality-assured — with no works arm of our own.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

The principles we won't bend

Independence, always

No works arm, no commissions, no referral fees. Our advice serves the building and nothing else.

Judgement over jargon

We translate complex regulation into clear, proportionate decisions, not blanket recommendations or fear.

Accountable, end to end

We own the whole picture, commission the right people, check their work, and chase it through to done.

THE PERSON BEHIND IT

Independent expertise, properly delivered

OmniFire is led by Sam Coogan, who spent years running operations in fire and security before building OmniFire as the independent function he could never offer from inside a contractor. The delivery model draws on trusted, competent specialists, so clients get depth across every discipline, not reliance on a single pair of hands.
